Can ane1 plz tell me how to monitor the website visits on my pc? Browser history is known to me but the history can be deleted very easily. How can I monitor what other people are doing on my network?

… So I can see what websites they're visiting & what is being said in their IM conversations etc.?

I know it would probably be easier to put some sort of logging software on their machine and check it at the end of the day, but I want to know in as near to real-time as possible so I can stop any “abuse” of the network promptly.
